For the first time, we at The Piano Concerto Festival are excited to be announcing the launch of our festival's new branch in Florence, Italy - The Piano Concerto Festival Part II. Part II will take place from July 9-16, 2024,  immediately following the conclusion of the festival in Faro.

The pricing for Part II will be the same as specified on our homepage for Faro. However, all standard piano concerto repertoire written from 1748 up to 1950 (with the exception of Shostakovich) may be considered. For prospective participants wishing to perform a full concerto, any repertoire over 40 mins in length may be subject to additional charges due to timing.

In Part II, a greater availability and emphasis will be placed upon our Festival Classic Plus course, due to a wider range of facilities for solo study. The price of this will be 1200€, and will include 3 masterclasses, with at least 1 class guaranteed to be with the participant's first or second choice teacher.

If a surplus of applications is received, some applicants may be diverted (pending availability) to Faro.
